Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Calquify may process, what data it does not process, why data may be used, and what rights users have.

Important

Calquify does not store or sell calculator inputs

The numbers, values, amounts, and assumptions you enter into calculators are not stored by Calquify as user-profile data and are not sold to third parties. Calculator input privacy is a core principle of the platform.

Calquify mainly processes limited data needed to operate the website, respond to messages, handle optional subscriptions, and run consented analytics or advertising technologies where applicable.
If you contact Calquify directly by email or a contact form, the information you submit in that communication can be processed in order to reply and manage the request.

1. Who we are

Calquify is an informational calculator and content website operated from the Netherlands.

Until further notice, Calquify is operated by the website owner rather than by a separately registered company entity.

Privacy contact: privacy@calquify.com

If Calquify later becomes operated by a registered legal entity, this page may be updated to include the full legal name, company registration details, and registered address.

2. What data Calquify does not collect

Calquify does not intentionally store or sell the values users type into calculators as user-profile data.

This means, for example, that Calquify does not build a personal data profile based on the loan amount, salary, tax number, investment amount, BMI input, or similar values that a user enters into a calculator during normal use.

Depending on how the website is used, Calquify may process limited categories of personal data such as:

  • name, if you provide it voluntarily;
  • email address, if you contact Calquify or subscribe to updates;
  • message content you send to Calquify;
  • technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, and referring pages;
  • cookie, consent, local storage, analytics, or advertising-related identifiers where such technologies are used;
  • server log data needed for security, abuse prevention, and website operation.

5. Legal bases

Depending on the situation, Calquify may rely on one or more of the following legal bases:

  • consent, for example where optional analytics, advertising cookies, or newsletters require user permission;
  • legitimate interests, for example to operate the website, secure the platform, improve performance, and respond to enquiries;
  • legal obligation, where Calquify must comply with applicable law;
  • steps requested by the user, for example when a user asks for a reply or support response.

6. Cookies, analytics, local storage, and similar technologies

Calquify may use cookies, local storage, pixels, logs, and similar technologies for site functionality, consent management, analytics, advertising, performance, fraud prevention, or user experience purposes.

Where required by law, non-essential technologies are only used after the relevant consent has been obtained.

More detail should be read together with the separate Cookie Policy.

7. Email, contact, and support requests

If you send a message to Calquify, the information in that communication may be processed in order to respond, manage follow-up questions, keep a record of the exchange, and protect against misuse.

This may include your email address, your name if provided, your message, and related metadata.

8. Sharing data with third parties

Calquify may use third-party service providers for services such as hosting, analytics, email delivery, consent management, advertising, performance monitoring, fraud prevention, or customer support.

Personal data may be shared with such providers only where reasonably necessary for the relevant service.

Data may also be disclosed where required by law, court order, legal process, or where necessary to protect rights, users, systems, or the website.

Only providers actually used by Calquify should ultimately be listed in detail. This page should be updated as the live technology stack becomes final.

9. International transfers

If Calquify uses service providers located outside the European Economic Area, personal data may be processed outside the EEA.

Where relevant, Calquify aims to rely on appropriate safeguards such as contractual protections or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

  • access to personal data;
  • correction of inaccurate data;
  • deletion of personal data;
  • restriction of processing;
  • objection to certain processing;
